the title says it all pretty much, this second round is very frustrating because im not getting much results and its just really hard when you realize that your hard work is not paying off….

A man reads out some poems that he and some local people have written. The first is titled Cabbage Soup and is about a woman who needs to loose a few pounds on a diet. The second is a poem by Peggy Hagan of Hagans Caravans about getting old and forgetfulness. The third poem is about dog poo, its a good one!

This is actually really good, I have lost about 5 pounds in a week just by substituting one meal for a cabbage turkey wrap. It helps flush your system and is a natural laxative / diuretic.
